Books, Breath & Belonging: a mindful movement + community book club
A monthly 90-minute community book club gathering blending gentle yoga, mindfulness, reflection, and meaningful conversation inspired by thoughtfully selected books centered around wellness, personal growth, and intentional living.
Each month we will explore a new book, beginning with gentle yoga movement and a meditation practice, followed by a pause for tea and guided discussion, journaling, and reflection centered around the month’s theme.
Participants will leave feeling grounded, connected, and inspired, with thoughtful take-home reflections including journal prompts, mindfulness practices, and a mantra or ritual to carry into the month ahead.
