    Balance & Bloom: An Intro to Ayurveda

    An Intro to Ayurveda explores the three doshas—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha—and helps you learn your dosha to create balance in daily life. Through movement, breathwork, and mindfulness, you’ll experience a tri-doshic practice designed to harmonize body and mind, leaving you refreshed and aligned.

    Once a month, we will host a Sweat Social meant to be a space of community and connection after our famous power sweat class. We’ll explore a local Rosemary District establishment after class!

    Kids get to practice in the upstairs downtown loft while the parents practice downstairs in the main space.

    Give your kids the opportunity to build focus, strength, confidence, and community. Yoga can provide children with tools and experiences to tap into their creativity, and support social-emotional skills. Children will gain awareness of the mind-body connection while having fun!

    Join Katie for an evening of creating connection and community with other women in a safe and sacred environment. Experience intention setting, breath work, gentle yoga, meditation, journaling, open-hearted sharing, and an extended sound bath savasana.

    What to bring and wear: yoga mat, comfortable & cozy clothes you can practice gentle yoga in, journal & pen, your favorite mug (tea will be provided), we also provide: blankets, blocks, bolsters.

    This women’s circle is open to any and all women. Bring your friend, sister, mom, or another lovely woman in your life.
