    A Fully Chill Yoga Experience

Deep Rest is a fully chill, restorative, yin yoga class designed to guide you gently out of the noise of daily life and into a space of total relaxation. Through a series of floor-based postures supported by props, blankets, and breath awareness, you’ll release tension, calm your nervous system, get deeper into the release of your connective tissue and reconnect with your inner stillness. This class is perfect for:

    • Those recovering from physical or emotional strain

    KIDS YOGA

    Second Saturdays: Nov 8th, Dec 13th

    11:00 am - 12:00 pm @ DOWNTOWN LOFT

    Kids get to practice in the upstairs downtown loft while the parents practice downstairs in the main space.

    Give your kids the opportunity to build focus, strength, confidence, and community. Yoga can provide children with tools and experiences to tap into their creativity, and support social-emotional skills. Children will gain awareness of the mind-body connection while having fun!

    WOMENS CIRCLE + SOUND HEALING

    6:00 pm - 7:30 pm @ WATERSIDE

    An evening of creating connection and community with other women in a safe and sacred environment. Experience intention setting, breath work, gentle yoga, meditation, journaling, open-hearted sharing, and an extended sound bath savasana.

    What to bring and wear: yoga mat, comfortable & cozy clothes you can practice gentle yoga in, journal & pen, your favorite mug (tea will be provided), we also provide: blankets, blocks, bolsters.

    This women’s circle is open to any and all women. Bring your friend, sister, mom, or another lovely woman in your life.

    Soothing and revitalizing, this class is suitable for all levels of experience.  This practice is an opportunity to slow down, surrender and return to balance with a sequence that focuses on passive stretches, connection to breath, and meditative relaxation.  Expect to hold poses for 3-5 minutes and leave feeling grounded, empowered and rejuvenated.
