PARTNER YOGA
Friday, FEBRUARY 14th
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm @ WATERSIDEA yoga partner-themed class focuses on building connection, trust, and teamwork between participants. Bring your partner, mom, sister, friend, dad, or brother to perform yoga poses together in an heated classroom often requiring balance, synchronization, and mutual support.
Warm-Up: breathing exercises to prepare the body and create a calm, collaborative environment.
Partner Poses:
Easy Beginner Poses: Seated twists, back-to-back breathing, or partner-assisted forward folds.
Intermediate Poses: Double Downward Dog, partner planks, or standing balances like Double Tree Pose.
Core Engagement and Trust-Building: Use poses like partner boat or trust falls to strengthen connection and focus.
Cool-Down: Guided relaxation with synchronized breath work
This class is great for bonding, deepening relationships, and creating a fun, interactive yoga experience.
