SUP YOGA: Saltwater Workshop—A Paddleboard Yoga Experience

Join our partners SUP East Coast Style for this wellness workshop on the water! Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a curious first-timer, this experience is for all levels—no prior paddleboarding or yoga experience required.
What to Expect:
We’ll begin with a basic SUP 101 session covering paddle techniques and safety, followed by a 60-minute Vinyasa yoga flow and guided meditation, all on the water. We’ll end with a peaceful paddle adventure to further ground and energize you, leaving you feeling refreshed, recharged, and renewed. Equipment provided.
Weather cancellations - we may cancel (with refund) up to 2 hours prior to the start of a class due to any inclement weather.
Classes are held at the Overlook Park beach just south of Chart House restaurant on Longboat Key.

Kids get to practice in the upstairs downtown loft while the parents practice downstairs in the main space.
Give your kids the opportunity to build focus, strength, confidence, and community. Yoga can provide children with tools and experiences to tap into their creativity, and support social-emotional skills. Children will gain awareness of the mind-body connection while having fun!

FORME is a 50-minute mat-based Pilates class designed to strengthen, sculpt, and lengthen the body through controlled, intentional movement.
The method emphasizes precise deep-core engagement, slow-burn muscular activation, and alignment-focused movement. Classes build strength, stability, and endurance without sacrificing control or posture. Each class concludes with a restorative stretch and recovery sequence to release tension and reset the body.

BABY AND ME SCULPT

A space for our mom community to get stronger together and bond with our little ones.
Bring your baby and join us for a sculpt / yoga flow. 45 minute flow focused on strengthening deep core muscles and stretching out through yoga poses.
Please bring toys and a place for your baby to play, separate from your yoga mat. Babies will be babies, no pressure, just a fun interactive workout with your little ones.
All levels welcome, all ages of baby welcome!
