Ashtanga Vinyasa

In this dynamic class you can expect to open and strengthen the body while calming the mind through linking the breath with movement. This is the classical sequence as taught by Sri K Pattabhi Jois. It is approachable yet challenging for all levels. Through regular practice you will see changes and progress. The sequence will be repeated each week, once memorized the student will have a well rounded sequence that can serve as an excellent foundation for a home practice.
