SUP YOGA: Saltwater Workshop—A Paddleboard Yoga Experience

Welcome to the saltwater lifestyle! Step into your flow—on the water.

Join our partners SUP East Coast Style for a 90-minute wellness workshop is designed to align your mind and body while connecting deeply with the calming, flowing energy of water. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a curious first-timer, this experience is for all levels—no prior paddleboarding or yoga experience required.

What to Expect:

We’ll begin with a basic SUP 101 session covering paddle techniques and safety, followed by a 60-minute Vinyasa yoga flow and guided meditation—all on the water. We’ll end with a peaceful paddle adventure to further ground and energize you, leaving you feeling refreshed, recharged, and renewed. Equipment provided.

Included in Your Experience:

  • SUP 101: Safety & paddleboarding basics

  • 60-minute guided SUP Yoga Flow & Meditation

  • Guided paddle adventure

  • All paddleboard equipment provided

BYOB (Bring Your Own Board):

  • Already have a board? Awesome. We’ll anchor you in and you’ll join the flow.

What to Bring:

  • Comfortable athletic gear (quick-dry recommended over cotton)

  • Swimsuit & light top layer

  • Sports sunblock, hat, sunglasses

  • Extra water & towel

  • Change of dry clothes—always a win

Weather cancellations:

  • We may cancel up to 2 hours prior to the start of a class due to any inclement weather.

  • Contact the studio to reschedule or request a refund within 30 days.

Location:

Classes are held at the Overlook Park beach just south of Chart House restaurant on Longboat Key - on the West side of the road just over the bridge if you're coming from St. Armands/Lido. There is parking on site at Overlook Park.

THIS NOVEMBER: A Month of Gratitude

This November, we’re kicking off our collaboration by giving back to our community.

As part of our Gratitude Season paddleboard workshops with the shack, we’re collecting non-perishable canned goods to support our local shelters — helping ensure that everyone has a meal to enjoy this holiday season.

If you’re joining us for our workshops, we kindly ask that you bring a canned good or two to contribute.

Together, we can share the stoke, spread kindness, and lift others up — both on and off the water.
