WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • A 200hr Yoga Alliance Certified Program

  • Led by experienced SHACK teachers

  • 160 hours of in-person training at our Downtown & Waterside studio locations

  • 40 hours of independent study, self-practice, observation, reading

  • A customized SHACK YTT program built with our community in mind

  • Program begins October 9th held most weekends through graduation on February 1st

    • No in-person sessions on Halloween, Thanksgiving weekend, and from December 19 - Jan 4.

YOUR COMMITMENT:

  • Attend all in person sessions.

    • Sessions will be held on weekends: Fridays 6-9, Saturdays and Sundays 12-5 or 1-6, plus 2 Thursdays from 6-9 - location will vary between Downtown & Waterside (final weekend consists of Thurs 6-9, Fri-Sun 12-5 or 1-6)

    • Subject to instructor pre-approval a maximum of 10 hours of live sessions may be missed and made up via other arrangements.

  • Complete your individual study and practice requirements.

    • This will include the purchase of additional reading materials at your cost. Reading list will be provided upon program acceptance.

  • Be an active participant adhering to our code of conduct.

INVESTMENT

  • Program Cost of $3,500

    • Early Bird Pricing: applications received through September 15th will receive reduced pricing of $3,250 - a savings of $250!

  • Initial Deposit Requirement of $500

    • Due immediately upon acceptance into the program.

    • Deposit is non-refundable.

  • Payment Options

    • Pay in full: Balance of $3,000 due a week prior to program start date.

    • Payment Plan: 4 equal payments of $750 with first payment due a week prior to program start date - subsequent payments will be automatically billed monthly to your card on file.

  • All program costs are non-refundable
